SWALLOW Charity is seeking a Community Cafes Leader to float between our two training cafes in Radstock and Peasedown-St-John, providing cover for managers in their absence. This part-time role is 20 hours per week with flexibility to work between 8:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Starting rate is £14.28 per hour. All roles include generous benefits, fully paid training, flexible roles, job satisfaction and opportunities for development. Closing date: Weds 4th November 2026.
