Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking to appoint a Monitoring and Evaluation Lead Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher with a passion for evaluation to join the Strategic Transport Projects team and play a pivotal role in delivering robust and meaningful evaluation across a range of projects.

About the role:

Your key responsibilities in this role would be to ensure a focus on delivering the priorities of the Council by:

  • Bringing expertise in evaluation to strengthen our practices
  • Developing excellent stakeholder relationships to enable a joined-up, consistent approach to evaluation
  • Ensuring the organisation continually learns from evaluation
  • Communicating evaluation insights to a diverse range of audiences

About you:

Are you highly motivated by the power of evaluation to demonstrate impact and improve services for the people of Bath and North East Somerset? Are you a great communicator with strong analytical skills, who overcomes obstacles to ensure that evaluation delivers results?
