About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Pensions Officer to join our busy team within the Avon Pension Fund. Reporting to the i-Connect Technical Lead, you will support the delivery of a high-quality pension administration service by monitoring employer data submissions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring payroll data is processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with employers, payroll providers and internal colleagues, you will assist with the management of electronic data submissions, monitor data quality, resolve queries, and support employers in meeting the Fund's data requirements. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and electronic data delivery solutions.
About You
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy team environment. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are essential, whilst experience of working in a payroll, pensions, or data-processing environment is desirable.
