Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Officer to support adults 18+ in building confidence, career skills and sustainable work. You will work one-to-one to understand goals, offer tailored coaching, and connect people with training, volunteering and placement opportunities.
You will manage your own caseload, record keeping, and collaborate with local partners to deliver joined-up support, with a focus on vulnerable individuals and complex needs.
