Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to join the Best Start Early Help Team, with a focus on Early Learning for Twos. You will work with families, providers and partner agencies to identify children not yet accessing two-year-old education entitlement and remove barriers to participation.
The postholder will work in family homes, Family Hubs, Children’s Centres and community settings to build trusted relationships with parents and carers, promoting early learning.
