We are seeking Team Members to join our award-winning Front of House team. The Roman Baths welcomes around 1 million visitors per year, and we are passionate about providing engaging experiences that bring family and friends together to create memories that will last a lifetime.
This is an ideal opportunity to join our team with varying shift options, working in a busy, enjoyable, unique historical environment.
Duties include:
- Welcoming and engaging with our visitors
- Managing visitor entry
- Selling tickets and guidebooks
- Issuing and collecting audio guides
- Patrolling the site
- Security invigilation
- Giving guided tours
Applicants must have a good general education, with a high standard of personal presentation, a very friendly manner and excellent customer care and communication skills. Experience of operating tills is essential and the ability to speak a foreign language would be an advantage. Experience of working in a visitor attraction or museum would be helpful as would an interest in history. Full training and a uniform will be provided.
