Bath & North East Somerset Council is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our in-house transport service. You will supervise drivers and operational colleagues, respond to issues, keep services running to schedule and maintain safety and customer service standards.
You'll work under the Transport Team Leader, plan, allocate and coordinate transport activities, and support staff with induction, training and day-to-day performance.
