Bates Wells is seeking an Emerging Talent Recruitment Advisor on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave in London from January 2027 to August 2027. The role will lead Solicitor Apprenticeship, Vacation Scheme and Training Contract recruitment during the firm’s peak cycle.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate experience and communications, coordinating with the Training Principal and external partners to ensure high-quality hires and timely onboarding.
