A rare and exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to join our leading Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. Our practice is extremely diverse, and this role comes with a high degree of client contact as well as opportunities to work cross-departmentally through our wide range of exceptionally strong sector groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload under supervision, including file openings, preparing estimates, billing, and handling client communications. You will be involved at every stage and supported through regular catch‑ups.
- Maintain high standards of client service via excellent relationship and matter management.
- Continue developing your expertise to provide practical advice and increase your profile at the firm.
About You
- UK‑qualified solicitor, either newly qualified in spring 2026 or due to qualify in summer / autumn 2026.
- Experience in dispute resolution and litigation with a strong interest in acting for charities and other not‑for‑profit organisations.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:
- Contract and grant disputes
- Fraud and financial misconduct
- Legacy and probate disputes
- Equality Act and discrimination claims
- Intellectual property disputes, defamation, and reputation management
- Procurement challenges
- Investigations
- Membership or shareholder disputes

We advise, negotiate, and mediate to help clients avoid costly court cases. Where formal proceedings are necessary, we represent clients in all forums.
