Bates Wells is seeking a UK qualified lawyer with at least four years' post‑qualification experience to join our Employment team. This role focuses on charity and not‑for‑profit clients and offers a high level of client contact and leadership opportunities on day‑to‑day matters.
You will handle discrimination complaints, whistleblowing, grievances, TUPE, redundancy and other employment issues, advising and sometimes negotiating on behalf of clients.
