Bates Wells is seeking a BDM Manager to join our busy BDM team to support their Charity • Have demonstrable experience in a similar role in a law firm.• Have excellent organisational skills: be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage your own workload, and the workload of others in an efficient and timely manner.• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Demonstrate great attention to detail.• Be a smart, fast, reliable and enthusiastic team player. About you • A seasoned BDM expert who has worked in a similar role to deliver strategic goals and growth, ideally CIM qualified (or equivalent)• Experience working in a BDM advisory role, advising senior stakeholders in the business.• A client-centric approach with evidence of adding value and growth.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• A creative, solutions-focused outlook.• The ability to build, maintain and nurture relationships.• Values that reflect our own and someone who feels inspired working in a firm with a strong social purpose.
