We are recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy and well-established repairs and maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and schedule work for a team of tradespeople (e.g. joiners, plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.).
  • Ensure all resources are used efficiently and teams are kept fully productive.
  • Monitor performance and take action to meet targets.
  • Adjust labour and resources in response to changing workloads.

  • Strong experience in planning and scheduling repairs or maintenance works.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a multi-skilled workforce.
  • Works well under pressure and can manage own workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of performance targets (KPIs).
  • Clear and confident communicator.
