The Role
Based in York, you will be part of our central Sales Administration team, the operational hub responsible for processing all vehicle sales across our five retail showrooms, retailing thousands of vehicles each year, as well as all vehicles supplied through our fleet channels and trade outlets.
As a Senior Car Sales Administrator, you will provide day-to-day leadership within the team, ensuring processes are completed accurately, efficiently and compliantly, whilst supporting the wider administration operation and management team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support the processing of vehicle sales from order through to delivery.
Assist in the day-to-day management and coordination of the Sales Administration team.
Ensure all vehicle documentation and processes are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
Maintain exceptional levels of compliance across all systems and processes.
Support the administration of retail, fleet and trade vehicle transactions.
Liaise with dealership management teams, suppliers and third-party partners.
Monitor workloads and assist in developing efficient processes and best practices.
Provide guidance, training and support to colleagues where required.
Ensure our digital systems are utilised effectively to deliver a slick and efficient customer journey.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support the continued growth of the business.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will:
Become a key figure within our central Sales Administration team.
Help lead and develop a highly efficient administration operation handling thousands of vehicle transactions every year.
Drive standards of accuracy, compliance and process improvement.
Support our dealerships and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Play an important role in supporting the continued growth and success of Batchelors Motor Group.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current experience within a Vehicle Sales Administration role in the motor industry.
Previous experience in a senior, supervisory or management capacity would be highly advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and positive approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High levels of accuracy and compliance.
Confidence working within digital systems and processes.
A desire to contribute to and grow with an ambitious, family-owned business.
