We are looking for skilled, but also semi-skilled Engineers to join our family friendly team. We operate a no on-call, no weekends, and no London work policy giving you your personal time back and allowing you to fully enjoy weekends and bank holidays.
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will take part in installations, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems across commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Install air conditioning systems, including split, VRV/VRF, packaged units, and ventilation systems.
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing.
- Diagnose and repair faults, including refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, and component failures.
- Conduct system testing, including pressure and leak testing.
- Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and professional communication on-site.
- Previous experience in HVAC installation, servicing, and repairs.
- F-Gas certification (mandatory for skilled engineers, but open for non-skilled).
- Knowledge of various air conditioning systems (split, VRF/VRV, etc.).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: Β£40K - Β£45K basic + package.
