Primary responsibilities: Work closely with the Retail Operations Manager to manage all business development and reporting activities. Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner. Organize and analyze data from available sources to support retail reporting, projects, and initiatives. Assist in analyzing marketing plans and opportunities to achieve sales and profitability targets. Ensure the successful execution of Retail Initiatives programs. Monitor business performance regularly. Review and monitor store reports for all stores on an ongoing basis to propose corrective actions to improve business efficiency. Initiate measures to optimize business opportunities across all areas, focusing on cost control (e.g., POP store business, Atrium sales). Create analysis, recommendations, and presentations to support retail initiatives and projects. Develop standard templates, scorecards, and benchmarking tools across all stores. Present retail analysis findings to internal teams and APAC contacts. Coordinate with different departmental teams to achieve better business outcomes. Manage the yearly budget process, review POS data, and prepare reports for the following year. Perform data segmentation analysis to support promotional campaigns and program improvements. Sales Performance Reports Preparation & Analysis Prepare weekly sales and retail store reports for finance and management. Daily Reports: o Conversion Rate report o Sales Promotion Impact report o Monthly sales summary Weekly Reports: o Sales reports for finance – Sales Concept & Comparable store o Sales progress report for Country Manager o Exco updates for APAC o Store KPI summary recap o Bata Club Sales contribution report o HOD Sales PowerPoint for HOD meetings o Town hall file updates o Retail Race recap o Incentive recap o Festive sales comparison o IPT/UPT tracking file o NFW – Bag sales tracking Monthly Reports: o Retail KPI report for SMART (Finance Department) o Qlik Sense Monthly & YTD reports o Retail database analysis (store profitability) & PPT presentation o Retail Cabinet report updates o CM scorecard updates o APAC Business Plan PPT o Store Manager change tracking Business Development Initiatives Prepare, evaluate, and follow up on: Store Development Program Present Your Store Store Adoption Program Business analysis by store concept & geographic region Store Detail Card updates SG Award APAC – SG Award Retail Budget Planning Store budgeting Store weekly estimates & targets POS daily estimates & targets Permanent Prosperity Card (IT) Prosperity Card – Seasonal estimate (Store) Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business or relevant fields Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is mandatory Minimum of 2 years experience in retail analysis and/or financial analysis roles Detail-oriented and meticulous Strong analytical skills Proactive and able to work independently Note: You will be required to work every Monday, including public holidays.
