THE ROLE OF TERRITORY MANAGER:
- This Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving share of market growth, volume and brand activations in independent retail outlets
- Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine based products
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implement effective account management strategies
- Ownership of territory planning and management
- Drive non-combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market leading status in stores
- Working with leading brands such as Vuse, Glo and Velo
ABOUT YOU:
- A full UK driving license
- Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions
- Outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others
- Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively
- Manages time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity
- Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets
- Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive Base Salary: £34,722 plus £3,000 London Weighting
- Bonus: Paid quarterly up to 30%, available upon achieving targets
- Equipment: Company car, mobile phone, tablet, fuel card
