The role will support the Consumer Experience Performance, Insights, and Planning team, focusing on the Vapour/Modern Oral Categories. The primary objective is to assist in data-driven decision-making, campaign planning, and performance tracking across UK consumer experience initiatives. This role will work closely with activation channels, category brand teams, insights and foresights, trade, and area consumer retention teams to ensure an integrated approach to omnichannel acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Activation Performance Tracking:
- Diagnose challenges and opportunities across activation channels.
- Provide insights to help optimize activation channel strategies.
- Support planning and execution of effective and efficient activities.
- Work with key teams to support cycle plan campaign execution.
- Contribute to omnichannel connections planning (D-E-E).
- Track activation cycle plans per channel and provide performance insights.
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key marketing performance indicators.
- Support optimization of marketing efforts through effectiveness analysis.
- Assist in market analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Help deliver insights that drive strategic and operational improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams (Consumer Experience, D2C, Trade, Insights).
- Engage with external partners, agencies, and procurement as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of new data-driven initiatives that improve marketing efficiency.
- Track and optimize the consumer experience channel performance and Return on Investment.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, notably PowerPoint & Excel, PowerBi is nice to have
- Strong communication skills with ability to converse at multiple seniority levels.
- Project management experience.
- Able to deal with large amounts of information and make conclusions.
- Analytical, attentive to detail, able to see the big picture.
- Willingness and ability to learn fast.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge of RA Nielsen, GWI, Google Analytics & Kantar NC Track
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking paired with a solid commercial knowledge
- Strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs and journey, user experience, target audience, strategy and activation TPs
- Self-Driven to support implementation of new initiatives that can support Activation team or wider business to continue to improve leveraging data and putting it into actions.
Please note the office location is in London, Chiswick and we work in a hybrid setting, with 3 days in the office.
