BAT UK&I is looking for a Global Graduate in Marketing.
Role Objectives

The Global Graduate programme is an 18-month international development initiative combining a real job from day one with structured training to enhance your commercial and leadership skills. We seek individuals eager to accelerate their marketing careers, including digital specialization. The position is based in our London office.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing or Business
- Interest in business management and FMCG industry, with some hands-on experience
- Results-oriented, analytical, creative problem solver
- Strong communication skills, structured, and empowering
- Ability to thrive in an international environment
- Proficiency in English and preferably another language
