Key Responsibilities
- Develop consumer‑journey‑centred activation strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Manage local campaign development and adapt CX/brand toolkits for market execution.
- Lead activation projects using a test‑and‑learn approach, with clear KPI tracking and continuous optimisation.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery of plans and assets, while maintaining brand consistency across all engagement activities.
- Manage budgets, including spend tracking, reporting, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
- Lead shopper activation and point‑of‑sale strategies within an omnichannel environment to drive traffic, trial, and sales.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Trade, CX, Category teams, and external partners to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Manage and develop a team, fostering a high‑performance, consumer‑centric culture.
- Measure and assess the impact of brand activations on awareness, engagement and overall consumer experience, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing deployment, consumer experience, multi‑channel activation or similar roles (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of key marketing principles, including consumer needs and journey mapping, and activation touchpoints.
- Commercially driven and consumer‑centric mindset, with creativity in developing impactful solutions.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Cross‑functional leadership and collaborative approach, working effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, performance measurement, and optimisation.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to operate in a dynamic, fast‑changing and highly regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent discipline.
