In this role, you’ll be the face of our brands in your area, driving growth by executing trade and brand activities, managing key retail partnerships, and seizing new business opportunities. This is a field-based role with high autonomy — ideal for someone with strong people skills, commercial drive, and a passion for making an impact in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities- Own and manage your assigned geographical territory of independent and symbol stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring loyalty and trade support.
- Execute trade and brand marketing plans (distribution, visibility, display, dialogue) with excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities and unconventional channels to grow market share.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and aligned with company guidelines.
- Track competitor activity and implement visibility plans (e.g., backwalls, counter-top units).
- Manage orders, budgets, and reports efficiently, ensuring compliance with BAT standards.
