British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager – Revenue in Chiswick, London. As a Commercial Finance Manager – Revenue, you will play a critical role in shaping and overseeing pricing and revenue management strategies across Western Europe. You will act as a trusted business partner to commercial and finance leaders, providing strategic financial insight, challenging decision‑making, and supporting sustainable growth and profitability across multiple markets and product categories. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence regional strategy, drive commercial performance, and contribute to BAT’s transformation journey within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and challenging pricing and excise strategies across Western Europe markets
  • Driving sustainable pricing strategies across traditional and new category portfolios
  • Providing commercial and financial insights to support business performance and strategic decision‑making
  • Partnering with regional and end‑market stakeholders to ensure alignment with area commercial and financial objectives
  • Overseeing pricing governance and supporting compliance with global guidelines and frameworks
  • Leading competitor analysis activities and monitoring market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Supporting the tracking and analysis of commercial and financial KPIs to drive performance improvement
  • Contributing to a high‑performance team culture through collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, or Consulting, ideally within an FMCG environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FMCG market dynamics
  • Experience supporting pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy activities
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce new ideas

Additional desirable qualifications

  • Professional finance qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Experience in financial planning, pricing governance, or commercial performance analysis
  • Experience leading or influencing cross‑functional teams in a matrix organisation
