British American Tobacco Jamaica has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Admin Coordinator in Kingston
- Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Oversee sales administration, credit management, and budget controls to ensure compliance with company credit policies and support Trade Marketing and Distribution operations.
- Lead stock reconciliation and financial reporting accuracy by coordinating with teams and ensuring alignment between sales and financial systems.
- Manage procurement of indirect goods and services, optimizing cost, quality, innovation, and supply continuity to meet business needs.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members, driving performance, succession planning, and achievement of key operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading system testing, supporting pricing updates, and participating in projects that streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in Power BI and/or Tableau is considered a plus.
- 2 years of experience in Finance, or related role, would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
