The IDT Analytics Executive will be a key member of the Western Europe Data & Analytics team within IDT, primarily supporting the Western Europe Marketing team from a Data & Analytics perspective. This role requires strong business analysis skills and a keen interest in data technologies, enabling the candidate to bridge the gap between business KPIs and technical systems. A willingness to learn and grow technical capabilities is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the D2C environment, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Analyze business KPIs, link them to various data sources, and map them effectively.
- Generate actionable data insights to support business decisions.
- Conduct impact analysis of platform migrations on reporting structures.
- Contribute to developing and executing the Western Europe Marketing team’s data strategy.
- Show technical curiosity by exploring new tools and platforms for data-driven decisions.
- Monitor data analytics initiatives, report performance, and stay updated on data trends.
- Manage external suppliers, ensuring quality, timely resolution of incidents, and alignment with business priorities.
- Engage stakeholders by translating technical findings, collaborating with the Digital Marketing team, and providing regular updates.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business analysis bridging business needs and technical solutions, with a drive to deepen technical skills.
- Strong business acumen in the D2C market, translating requirements into insights.
- Understanding of business processes and digital marketing principles (consumer journey, UX, audience, media planning).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate insights.
- Foundational technical aptitude or curiosity about data platforms and analytics tools.
- Effective communicator, translating technical findings for stakeholders, and experienced in Traditional and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, waterfall).
- Creative, adaptable, collaborative, and driven with a passion for learning and delivering results.
