Cyber Security Associate Manager

British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Security Associate Manager in London.

This is an evergreen requisition, meaning that we do not have a position available for this role at the moment, but you will be contacted as soon as a position becomes available if your application is suitable.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining strategic relationships with designated DRBUs in Cyber Security, addressing needs such as risk assessments, trainings, incidents, and implementing key Cyber Resilience initiatives.
2. Collaborating with Cyber Security teams to ensure relevant and timely services to markets.
3. Maintaining expertise in a designated domain such as finance, supply chain, marketing, trade systems, or system integrations.
4. Shaping the security posture of multiple markets by influencing leadership teams to prioritize cybersecurity.
5. Managing cyber risks with partners, driving security projects, and contributing to cyber standards and procedures.

Qualifications and experience required:

1. 5+ years of experience in information security, with increasing scope and responsibility.
2. Experience managing and communicating with business partners up to director level.
3. Ability to translate technical language for business audiences.
4. Experience assessing cyber risks of projects, vendors, and technologies.
5. Solid understanding of information security management, technologies, architecture, and audits.
6. Knowledge of security aspects related to networking, application development, operations, incident response, third-party vendor management, and OT.
7. Deep security knowledge in at least one business area such as manufacturing, finance, marketing, HR, legal, supply chain, sales/trade, or physical security.
8. Understanding of cloud and SaaS configuration management, especially Azure and AWS.
9. Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
