Are you passionate about food, proud of your craft, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We’re looking for a confident and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team! Our venue is all about great food, great drinks, live sport and a buzzing atmosphere — and we’re looking for a chef who can bring that same energy and passion to every plate.
Your Mission:
- Take responsibility for your designated section and ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes consistently to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef, Head Chef and wider kitchen team during busy services.
- Ensure your section is fully prepared and organised before service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Manage stock levels and minimise waste within your section.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and other junior members of the team.
- Remain calm, organised and professional during busy services.
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help maintain and improve kitchen standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Confidence working in a busy, high-pressure kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering great guest experiences.
- A willingness to learn, develop and take on additional responsibilities.
Your Development:
This role offers the opportunity to further develop your culinary skills, take ownership of a kitchen section, build leadership experience and progress towards more senior roles such as Sous Chef and Head Chef.
