Our well-established multi-office independent estate agency and property management company based in Romford RM2, are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join their busy department. The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance coordination of a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing a portfolio of properties
- Maintenance coordination
- Demonstrating a track record of managing rental properties
- Abiding by regulation/legislation and processes surrounding property management
- Striving to exceed individual targets and standards
- Taking inbound phone calls
- Striving to exceed customer expectations
- Handling complaints and providing solutions
- Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring compliance
- Dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Property management administration
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Must have 1 year experience as a property manager/administrator
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages
- Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen as a strong advantage but is essential
- Ability to manage their own workload
- Full valid driving licence is essential
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, working an occasional Saturday to cover holiday.
Salary range will be: between £29,000 pa to £32,000 pa depending on experience.
