A great opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Lettings Negotiator to join our independent multi-office client based in Hornchurch RM11. Property lettings experience is needed; however, charisma, determination, energy, and an outgoing personality are also a must for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.
As a Part-time Lettings Negotiator, you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole property letting process from generating/carrying out viewings to negotiating offers through to their successful move-ins. You will need to have the ability to build long-term business relationships with tenants and landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets, and be a strong team player.
Salary: £28,000 pa pro rata
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating property market appraisals and listings
- Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants
- Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with tenants and landlords
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process
- Guiding applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion
