Our very well established, independent client is looking for a trainee Property Manager to join their successful Property Management department in Colchester CO3. The successful applicant will be given full training on how to be responsible for looking after a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to take on board important information quickly and responsibly, manage their own workload, work closely with others, and keep on top of any issues while prioritising jobs as necessary. Full training will be given, but any previous Lettings negotiator or administration experience would be a bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with and supporting the senior Property Manager
- Attending Team meetings
- Learning the process of section notices
