A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenancy Progressor to join a unique private landlord concept. As a Tenancy Progressor, you will ideally have a lettings administration or property management background, understand the importance of AST, strong administrative skills, and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lettings Administration
- Tenancy Progression
- Taking deposits and processing through TDS
- Renewals
- Referencing tenants
- Check all the forms and reservation fees received
- Input tenants' details on the referencing agents' website
- Monitor reference results – act according to results
- Send out initial monies letter
- Draw up agreements and standing orders
- Chase monies and signed agreements
- Liaise with property management department regarding maintenance
- Covering all Lettings Legislation
- Send out terms on an annual basis
- Administer change of tenancies
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- ARLA accreditation would be beneficial but not essential
- Familiar with Lettings & Property Management software packages
Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 pa plus a 5% annual bonus, depending on experience
Working hours: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Friday
