A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our multi office Independent client based in Laindon SS15. Property Sales experience is preferred, but determination, energy and an outgoing personality are the main skillset required for this well-established independent Estate agency.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with buyers and sellers across a range of different properties and be involved in the whole Property Sales process, from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. Full training will also be provided to non-experienced candidates with the right attitude and focus.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Effectively marketing properties to buyers
  • Carrying out viewings
  • Matching prospective tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
  • Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors, clients and other relevant parties to legal move in and completion
  • Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
  • Guiding buyers and vendors through the sales process from agreement of the sale to legal completion
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
  • Excellent administration ability and use of agency software systems
  • Training provided to the right candidates

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience would be an advantage but not essential

This Sales Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long-term career prospects. Local experience is not essential.

The hours will be: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Saturdays 9.00am till 4.00pm with a day off in the week.

Salary range will be: £20 - 25K pa Basic salary, OTE of around £32,000 - £34,000 pa including car allowance.
