A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our independent estate agency client based in Romford, RM1. Previous estate agency or sales experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. What is essential is a confident and outgoing personality, plenty of energy and enthusiasm, and the determination to build a successful career within the property industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into estate agency and develop their skills within a vibrant, forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out canvassing and other activities to generate new business
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Learning how to effectively market properties to attract prospective buyers
- Matching buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Learning how to negotiate offers and progress property sales
- Supporting buyers and vendors throughout the sales process, from initial offer through to legal completion
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
- Contributing to the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the branch

Previous sales or estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential. A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle are required for this position. Some expenses will be covered.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 4.00pm
This is a 5-day working week, with every Saturday worked and one day off during the week.
Salary
OTE: £30,000-£35,000 per annum Basic salary to be discussed.
