Our very well established Client, based in Stratford E15, is seeking an experienced RICS Residential Surveyor. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Carrying out RICS Level 2 valuations
- Produce accurate, clear, and timely survey reports
- Identify defects, risks, and maintenance issues with appropriate recommendations
- Communicate professionally with clients and other stakeholders where required
- Manage workload efficiently to meet agreed turnaround times
- Travel across the Home Counties to attend inspections
- Lease valuations, providing information and advice on extensions
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential surveying (Preferred)
- Proven experience completing Level 2 Home Surveys
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction
- Technical knowledge of residential property leases
- Excellent attention to detail
