Our well-established multi-office independent estate agency chain based in Lee SE12 is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing a portfolio of properties
- Team meetings
- Implementing new procedures
- Demonstrating a track record of managing rental properties
- Abiding by regulation/legislation and processes surrounding property management
- Striving to exceed individual targets and standards
- Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities
