Property Management & Lettings Administrator (Part time)
Our Established Independent Lettings & Property Management firm based in Leyton E10 London are looking for an experienced Property Management Administrator on a Part‑time basis.
The successful applicant will help service a small portfolio of properties and carry out some Lettings administration and tenancy progression duties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Implement procedures
- Demonstrate a track record of managing some rental properties
- Be fully conversant with current regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
- Deal with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Prepare EPCs & Gas Safety Certificates
- Coordinate maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle complaints and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance
- Deal with Section notices 21 & 8
- Tenancy progression
- Reference & Lodge deposits with TDS
- Prepare tenancy agreements
- Perform basic Lettings administration duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Experience with lettings/property management software packages
- Lettings progression and administration experience
Hours
Three days per week to be agreed from 9.00am – 5.30pm, 24 hours per week, also including occasional Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Salary
£24,000 per annum (Not pro rata)
