Property Manager – Loughton IG10
Our well-Established Independent Managing Agent based in Loughton Essex IG10 are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department, on a (12 month fixed term contract) The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to
- Overseeing a portfolio of Properties
- Team meetings
- Implement new procedures.
- Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing APT rental properties.
- Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management, including renters rights bill
- Striving to exceed individual targets and standards.
- Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Handling complaints and providing solutions
- Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring compliance
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
- Must have 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages
- Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but essential.
- Be able to manage their own workload
- Full valid driving licence is essential
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm working an occasional Saturday to cover holiday Salary range will be: between £28.000pa to £30.000pa depending on experience.
