As a Tenancy Progressor, you will ideally have a lettings administration or property management background, understand the importance of AST, strong administrative skills, and attention to detail.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lettings Administration
- Tenancy Progression
- Taking deposits and processing through TDS
- Renewals
- Referencing tenants
- Check all the forms and reservation fees received
- Input tenants' details on the referencing agents' website
- Monitor reference results – act according to results
- Send out initial monies letter
- Draw up agreements and standing orders
- Chase monies and signed agreements
- Liaise with property management department regarding maintenance
- Covering all lettings legislation
- Send out terms on an annual basis
- Administer change of tenancies
