A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Independent client based in Wanstead E11. Property Lettings experience is a bonus, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating/carrying out viewings to negotiating offers through to their successful move ins. You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with tenants and landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.
Responsibilities:- Coordinating property market appraisals and listings
- Carrying out viewings
- Taking and processing offers
- Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants
- Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with tenants and landlords
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process
- Guiding tenants through the process from agreement of the let to move in
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
- Making outbound phone calls
- Adhering to all up to date lettings legislation
- Target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a lettings environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
This Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. Local experience is not essential, however an understanding of the company structure and local area is preferred.
Hours:Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm with a day off in the week
£23,000 - £25,000 pa Basic Salary and OTE of around £40,000 pa (Plus company car)
