Our well-established multi-office independent estate agency chain based in Greenwich SE12 is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy department. The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing a portfolio of properties
- Team meetings
- Implementing new APT procedures
- Demonstrating a track record of managing rental properties
- Abiding by regulation/legislation and processes surrounding property management
- Striving to exceed individual targets and standards
- Referring business across departments to maximise business opportunities
- Striving to exceed customer expectations
- Handling complaints and providing solutions
- Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring compliance
- Understanding and carrying out renters' rights bill legislation
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Must have 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages
- Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen as a strong advantage but not essential
- Ability to manage their own workload
- Full valid driving licence is essential
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm. Salary range will be: between £30,000pa to £35,000pa depending on experience.
