A great opportunity has arisen for a Part time Lettings Negotiator to join our independent multi-office client based in Hornchurch RM11. Property Lettings experience is needed, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are also a must for this vibrant and forward-thinking company.
As a Part time Lettings Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating/carrying out viewings to negotiating offers through to their successful move-ins. You will need to have the ability to build long-term business relationships with tenants and landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.
Salary: £28,000 pa Pro rata
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Coordinating property market appraisals and listings
- Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants
- Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with tenants and landlords
- Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process
- Guiding applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
- Experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Obtain a full valid UK driving licence
This Part time Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with the correct experience that requires a role with part-time flexibility. Local experience is not essential, however an understanding of the company structure and local area is preferred.
The hours will be: 3 days a week 8.45 am to 6.00 pm, occasional Saturdays every other week.
