Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd are assisting an independent estate agency in Laindon (SS15) to recruit a Sales Negotiator.
You will work with buyers and sellers across the sales cycle, from viewings to negotiations and moving deals through to completion.
Property sales experience is preferred but not essential; energy, determination and a team attitude matter most.
Training is provided, with a Monday–Friday core week, Saturday mornings, and an OTE expected around £32k–£34k on top of a £20k–£25k
