Assistant Property accountant - Liverpool Street EC2N

Our independent client based in Liverpool Street is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Accountant to hit the ground running and take on the Property Accountant role confidently within a busy Property company enviroment\\n\\nThe Candidates responsibilities:\\n\\n * Providing support in all acounting areas to the Head of accounts\\n\\n * Preparation of Property management accounts for a number of private landlords\\n\\n * Client management\\n\\n * Reconciliation of accounts and cashbooks\\n\\n * Year-end expenditure reports\\n\\n * Ensuring accurate accounts are produced and submitted to Companies House on time.\\n\\n * Ad hoc duties within the team that's align with the role\\n\\n * Invoicing\\n\\n * Payments to Landlords and Contractors\\n\\n * Rent Reconciliation\\n\\nExperience & Requirements:\\n\\n * • Understanding of leasehold property accounting\\n\\n * • Excellent communication skills\\n\\n * • Good literacy and numeracy skills\\n\\n * • AAT or ACCA accreditation a plus\\n\\n * • Knowledge of lease interpretation\\n\\n * • Experience with the use of VECO & STREET accounting software programs\\n\\n * • Previous experience in the Residential Lettings & Property Management\\n\\n * • ARLA or other industry qualifications welcomed\\n\\n.\\n\\nSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 Negotiable depending on experience.
