A great opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Estate agent to join our Independent client based in Stratford E15. Experience is not a necessity, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company. Must hold Full UK Driving License and have access to own vehicle.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Canvassing activities to generate new business
- Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
- Coordinating and carrying move ins
- Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential Tenants
- Matching prospective Tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
- Maintaining regular contact with Tenants and Landlords and other relevant parties
- Learn how to guide applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion
- Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
- Opportunity to study and pass the ARLA accreditation (Funded)
- Full training provided
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a day off in lieu (5 days per week)
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000pa OTE. Basic salary to be discussed. Must have own vehicle.
