Job Description A great opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join our Independent client based in popular Wanstead E11 (VW Golf company car) Property Lettings experience is a bonus, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company. As a Lettings Negotiator you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Letting process from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and offers through to their successful move ins. You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with tenants and Landlords, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player. Coordinating property Market appraisals and listings Effectively marketing properties to attract potential applicants Matching prospective tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process Making outbound phone calls Adhering to all up to date Lettings legislation Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a Lettings environment Obtain a full valid UK driving licence This Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
