Are you passionate about video games and the video games industry? Do you have an inquisitive mind and a creative approach to marketing? Does analysing data and discovering data driven opportunities fire you up? We’re looking for a uniquely smart and creative individual to drive our insights and marketing activities at Bastion. Our client campaigns are rooted in data and driven by proof points, and our agency marketing seeks to appeal to the head and hearts of the industry with passion fuelled by data.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Research for current clients and business development opportunities
- Interrogating data to find new insights for creative brainstorms
- Building and delivering industry insight reports
- Driving engagement for Bastion on social media channels
We offer:
- £40-50,000 depending on experience
- Pension contributions and Private Health insurance
- Hybrid working (three days office working/two days remote)
- Monthly company lunches and social activities
- £1,000 yearly training budget

- 25 days holiday per year
Hybrid working is non-negotiable. Successful candidates must be available to work in our London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Job posting will be open until 23 January 2026. Review of CVs take place w/c 26 January & interviews take place at the beginning of February. Interview process will consist of an online chemistry call followed by an in person second round. We will not be looking to work with recruiters for this role at this time. All approaches will be treated in the strictest confidence.
