The Finance and HR Manager role is a crucial part of the business management of the school and forms part of the leadership of the school. The role is directly accountable for the management and delivery of all finance and HR functions to enable the effective day to day and strategic planning of the school. The successful candidate will have a substantive role in relation to school finances, looking after the school budget and in ensuring the school is fully compliant with the Local Authority Financial Handbook and employment legislation. They will manage HR, Recruitment and Payroll in line with the expectations of Local Authority seeking advice from EPM when necessary.
