La Communauté de Communes du Bassin de Pompey ouvre prochainement La Confluence, son nouvel espace aquatique, bien‑être et fitness situé au bord de la Moselle à Pompey. Céquipement moderne et éco‑performant comprend un bassin nordique extérieur, un bassin sportif, un bassin ludique, un bassin d’apprentissage, deux splash‑pads ainsi qu’un espace bien‑être (saunas, hammam, douches sensorielles, bain froid, luminothérapie, salle de soins) et une salle de fitness. Pensé pour le confort des usagers et la qualité du service public, La Confluence offrira un cadre de travail stimulant et convivial.
Missions principales
- Assurer l’enseignement de la natation pour les différents publics (scolaire, population, associations) et en assurer la logistique technique.
- Encadrer et animer les différentes activités liées à la natation (aquagym, bébés nageurs…) et les activités terrestres.
- Assurer la sécurité et l’intégrité physique des utilisateurs de la piscine par une surveillance soutenue.
- Contribuer à la vérification des équipements (qualité de l’eau, matériel sportif…) et au respect des consignes d’hygiène et sécurité dans le respect du POSS (plan d’organisation de la surveillance et des secours).
- Contribuer à la promotion de l’équipement.
- Veiller à sa sécurité et à sa santé au travail, ainsi qu’à celles de ses collègues.
Profil
- Brevet d’État d’Éducateur Sportif option Activités de la Natation (BEESAN) ou BPJEPS AAN (Activités aquatiques et de la Natation) exigé et BPJEPS AF (Activités de la Forme) souhaité.
