Le territoire du Bassin de Pompey a accompli la mutualisation des polices municipales des communes membres au sein d’un service commun de police municipale à caractère intercommunal. Placé(e) sous l’autorité du chef de la brigade de police, vous êtes chargé(e) de la mise en œuvre des pouvoirs de police du Président de l’EPCI et des maires des communes membres sur le territoire intercommunal.
Mission
- Mettre en œuvre l’ensemble des activités de terrain de la brigade (activités de police de proximité, activités liées aux besoins des services intercommunaux, activités brigades vertes et activités prévention routière).
- Assurer un reporting et rendre compte de votre activité.
- Effectuer les tâches administratives liées à l’activité de police.
Profil
- Accès par la voie du concours de gardien brigadier, de mutation, détachement de la gendarmerie ou détachement de grade pour les agents titulaire sur un grade d'avancement en catégorie C (dispositif passerelle).
- Maîtrise des codes régissant la police municipale (code pénal, code de procédure pénale, code de la route, code de la voirie routière, code de la santé publique,…).
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques (Word, Excel, logitud) et capacités à rédiger des rapports et arrêtés de police.
- Stage armement et autorisation du port d’arme catégorie D souhaités.
- Bonne condition physique.
- Maîtrise de soi, aptitude à gérer les conflits et les situations d’urgence.
- Discrétion professionnelle et respect strict des principes déontologiques.
- Disponibilité (y compris week-end et soirée suivant nécessités de service).
