Responsable du service de police, vous êtes chargé d’exécuter, sous l’autorité des Maires, et du Président pour les pouvoirs de police spéciale, les missions relevant de leurs compétences, en matière de prévention et de surveillance du bon ordre, de la tranquillité publique, de la sécurité et de la salubrité publique sur le territoire du Bassin de Pompey.
Au sein d’une brigade intercommunale de police municipale, vous aurez pour missions de :
- Assurer l’organisation optimale des moyens et le bon fonctionnement de la brigade de police municipale
- Assurer le management opérationnel de l’équipe, composée de 14 agents, suivant les objectifs managériaux et les valeurs de la collectivité
- Assurer la gestion et le contrôle quotidien des procédures administratives et judiciaires
- Participer à la définition des orientations de la collectivité en matière de prévention de la délinquance et de tranquillité publique
- Collaborer avec les mairies, les associations, la gendarmerie, et tous les acteurs de proximité dans le cadre des actions partagées et être acteur du Conseil intercommunal de Sécurité et de Prévention de la Délinquance (CISPD)

Profil
- Titulaire du concours de police municipale et expérience professionnelle de 3 ans sur un poste d’encadrement exigée
- Maîtrise du cadre législatif et réglementaire sur la sécurité publique générale
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique
- Connaissance des règles de l’expression orale et écrite de qualité
- Aptitude au travail en équipe
- Rigueur, réactivité et adaptation
- Maîtrise de soi, aptitude à gérer les conflits et les situations d’urgence
- Discrétion professionnelle et respect strict des principes déontologiques
- Disponibilité (y compris week-end et soirée suivant nécessités de service), implication et sens du service public
