Afin de favoriser la gestion patrimoniale d’un établissement assurant la gestion directe de 35 bâtiments et équipements en lien avec ses compétences (équipements aquatiques et sportifs, bâtiments tertiaires, crèches, équipements de restauration, déchetterie, composterie), le Bassin de Pompey recrute 2 Chargés(ées) de travaux et de maintenance patrimoniale H/F, en charge de la gestion des travaux d’entretien, de rénovation et de maintenance du patrimoine bâti.
Sous l’autorité du Responsable du service Patrimoine et en binôme, vous aurez pour missions de :
- Effectuer le montage et la conduite des opérations de rénovation, d’adaptation et de réhabilitation des bâtiments.
- Assurer la gestion de l'entretien, de la maintenance et du suivi de l'exploitation des bâtiments.
- Réaliser la passation et le suivi des marchés de maintenance, d'entretien et de travaux.
- Assurer le suivi et le contrôle technique des réalisations.
Profil :
- Bac+2 spécialisé dans les techniques du bâtiment et de la construction.
- Expérience de 3 ans sur un poste similaire souhaitée.
- Connaissance des techniques des différents corps d’état en bâtiment, équipements techniques, voirie et réseaux divers.
- Connaissance des règles de la maîtrise d'ouvrage publique.
- Connaissance des réglementations et normes liées aux travaux et à la gestion de patrimoine.
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, adaptabilité, réactivité et esprit d’équipe.
