As a Trade Counter Assistant based in Dungannon, you'll be responsible for: Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product advice and recommendations Proactively engaging with both new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Handling customer phone calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse which will involve manual handling heavy stock i.e. toilets, sinks, boilers & radiators This is a full-time, permanent, role working 42.50 hours per week Monday - Wednesday 07.30am - 5.00pm, Thursday 07.30am - 8.00pm (on a rota basis), Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm.
